Our fees depend on the amount of work required to complete each report. The typical provider does not have a lot of publications and research to collect and review. They also do not have a lot of expert witness depositions or reports to find. So, those reports usually average $1,500. However, some providers are licensed in a lot of states and since we search for court records in every county they have practiced in, those reports may cost a little more.

The typical expert witness report takes a lot more time because they have lots of previous depositions, reports, and affidavits to collect and compare. We review every deposition we find to determine if the expert’s answers change depending on case types or if their reports are too standard and “cookie cutter”.

If you have an expert witness that you would like a report for, we can research them quickly and provide you with an estimate before we do any work.

For both reports, we collect the last 5-7 years of procedures and prescriptions billed to Medicare under their NPI, which provides an overview of their actual practice. We also collect any payments they have received from pharmaceutical companies and device manufactures and compare that to the drugs they prescribe.

To get started, all we need is the provider’s or expert’s name, address, and specialty and their role in the case. If you would like to share some high-level details about the case, we can highlight any information we find that is similar to your case or that could be relevant.

For clients that request five or more reports for a case, we offer a discount of $200 off each report.

We are very passionate about what we do and are dedicated to providing our clients with complete and accurate information. 

Our reports are completely organic and are not a cookie cutter print out of previously downloaded information, so they take a while.  

While we usually complete a report within two weeks, sometimes we have a longer backlog.  And, other times a client may need a report expedited, which gets moved to the front of the line. We ask that you to give us as much time as you can.
